Food bookings can be made online below or by calling the pub on 0114 230 3855. 

If your party consists of more than 9 people, please call us to make your reservation, so that we can offer a pre-order option for your convenience (our pre-order form is also available to download from here and can be emailed to [email protected]). A non-refundable deposit of £5pp is also required for tables of 10+.

We get extremely busy on Sunday's, for our ever popular roasts, so we strongly advise booking in advance for these as we cannot guarantee tables will be available for walk-ins. Roast dinners are available on a frst come first served basis, so the earlier you dine the more chance there is of us having a full compliment of roast options to offer you (other menu dishes are available).

Special Occasions

We are pleased to be able to offer our bespoke buffet menus again. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements with our team of Chefs, who can tailor a menu to suit your tastes, dietary requirements and budget. Speak to us about upcoming celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries and leaving & retirement parties. We also have a long history of catering for wakes, and can make our beautiful Dining Room available for private hire for these (room hire for this is free when we are providing catering).
