The Rising Sun, Fulwood are looking for a strong Head Chef who can make the most of this busy Gastropub, putting their own stamp and a strong culture to the kitchen.
The Rising Sun has been owned by Abbeydale Brewery (SIBA Business Awards Employer of the Year 2025) since 2005. In October 2024 the business made history by becoming Employee Owned, meaning all staff are effectively co-owners of the business.
The pub has an excellent local beer offering, but as a progressive venue also a fantastic range of guest beers, quality wine and fine spirits.
