Final planning and implementation is now well under way for Sunfest 2010. We have a bigger tent, more beers, more ciders and perries, more entertainment...what more could you want.

Pale green-gold Perry. Medium with a subtle flavour. CAMRA Gold medal winner at GBBF 2009.

Dry Cider

One of the most distinctive dry ciders, strong and very dry with a crisp full flavour, this is a great drink for the more experienced cider drinker.

Produced by the Gwatkin family on their working farm.

Blakeney Red Perry

This single variety Perry is full bodied and packed with flavour but with some sweetness.

Tom Oliver is also the tour manager for the Proclaimers and produces fine ciders and perries

Ralph’s Cider and Perry, New Radnor, Powys, Wales
Ralph and his son James use all their own fruit grown on the farm and a welsh variety of apples.

Old Victorian Oak beam screw presses are used to make cider the traditional way resulting in the sharp flavours which balance beautifully in this medium sweet cider.

Ross on Wye Cider and Perry Co, Peterstowe, Herefordshire
Cider and Perry  is produced at Broome farm by Mike Johnson who specialises in the art of blending and using old rum and whisky casks to ferment his ciders.

Rum Cask Cider

A dry cider but the rum gives it a slight sweetness which removes the dry edge.

Severn Cider, Awre, Gloucestershire
Tm Bull uses apples from local Gloucestershire orchards which have not been sprayed or fertilized.

Farmhouse Blend Cider

This is a blend of their single variety ciders giving a dangerously easy drinking medium cider typical of Gloucestershire.

West Croft Cider, Highbridge, Somerset
Founded in 1994, John Harris produces high quality award winning ciders.

JJJ (Janet’s Jungle Juice)

Cider – Medium Dry

This single variety Dabinett cider is well rounded with deep apple flavours. Always a favourite.

Wilkins Cider, Mudgley, Somerset
You will not  find many more traditional cider farms than this. Way out in the sticks in Somerset, Roger Wilkins produces very traditionally with a no nonsense approach.

Medium Sweet Cider

A masterful and very drinkable very traditional cider, blended from his dry and sweet ciders. As Roger says "I do everything by taste, I don't measure anything unless I have to."
